The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moves to amend the bill on page one, by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:
House Bill 2078 -- " A BILL to amend and reenact §20-2-22 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to tagging of certain game; providing tagging procedure; requiring the tagging of the carcass of a bear, bobcat, deer, wild boar and wild turkey; completing the game tag; requiring a person to place the completed game tag on the animal upon arriving at a residence, camp, hunting lodge, vehicle or vessel; reporting to a conservation officer or an official checking station and providing penalties."
